terms of service
• you must not fit any criteria in my dni
• i take USD over paypal. if you use a different currency, please make sure to equal the amount you have to pay in USD. payment must be upfront. i will not do refunds after i have started lining.
• i will only do commissions for people 13 and up. if i find out you are under 13, i will not finish the commission. (commissioning something for someone under 13 is fine as long as you yourself are old enough!)
• speaking of, please tell me if you're purchasing for yourself or someone else
• don't claim any of my art or designs as your own. you may not repost my art on ANY site other than toyhou.se (credit me properly on there, i'm @starsweets) do not trace or edit my art in any way without explicit permission.
• i am allowed to decline any commission for any reason

• racism, sexism, antisemitism, ableism, transphobia, homophobia, biphobia, panphobia, aphobia, ect.
• certain fandoms (again, it depends!)
• real people (i will draw you and your personas, but not anyone i can't get explicit permission from)

the price for these can vary depending on the complexity of the character's design, the amount of movement, and any other factors- a lot of stuff might have a complexity fee. if you want something simpler, like pixel animation, tweening, or just a simple blink/line wiggle, message me and we can work out a price!
